International Shipping
We ship worldwide (excluding certain Asian regions and remote areas). International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties that may apply.
Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind our hockey equipment just like you stand behind your game. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple return and exchange process.
Return Policy Overview

- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging must be intact

Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following hockey products cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Composite Blades & Shafts (once cut to size)
- Cups/Supporters (hygiene reasons)
- Facemasks/Shields (if removed from original packaging)
- Fitted Hats (due to personalized sizing)
How to Return an Item

- Wait for Approval – Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days
- Package Your Item – Once approved, securely pack the item in its original packaging
- Ship Your Return – Send the package to our warehouse (return shipping is at customer’s expense)
- Receive Refund/Exchange – Once received and inspected, we’ll process your request

Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected:
