Our Return Policy
You may return most items within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for return:
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging must be intact
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Composite Blades & Shafts (once cut to size)
- Cups/Supporters (for hygiene reasons)
- Facemasks/Shields (if removed from original packaging)
- Fitted Hats (due to personalized sizing)
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these steps to process your return or exchange:

- Wait for Approval – Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days
- Package Your Item – Once approved, securely pack the item in its original packaging
- Ship Your Return – Send the package to our warehouse (return shipping is at customer’s expense)

Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days
- For credit card payments (Visa, MasterCard, JCB), allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear
- PayPal refunds are typically processed within 24 hours
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Exchange Process
For exchanges of size or color:
- Follow the standard return process

- We’ll ship the new item once the return is received
- Customer is responsible for additional shipping costs if the exchange results in higher shipping fees

International Returns
For customers outside the United States (excluding certain Asian regions):
