Our Return Policy

You may return most items within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for return:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Composite Blades & Shafts (once cut to size)
  • Cups/Supporters (for hygiene reasons)
  • Facemasks/Shields (if removed from original packaging)
  • Fitted Hats (due to personalized sizing)

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these steps to process your return or exchange:

  3. Package Your Item – Once approved, securely pack the item in its original packaging

Exchange Process

For customers outside the United States (excluding certain Asian regions):
